Retra Compensation Plan (HK)

Introduction

The Retra Compensation Plan is a unique binary and generational unilevel hybrid which combines the strengths of both types of compensation. It has been thoughtfully designed to reward both customer acquisition and the building of large organizations.

Promoter: A person who has paid the $30 Retra Enrollment Fee and intends to grow their Retra business.

Active Promoter: A Promoter who has accumulated at least 40 in Personal Volume (PV) in a calendar month and is eligible to earn Personal Commissions.

VIP Customer: A customer who creates an active SmartShip and purchases Retra products at a 20% discount. These customers receive special benefits, including the ability to earn Retra Credits.

Retail Customer: A customer who purchases Retra products at the full retail price.

Enroller Tree: An organizational structure containing the Promoters (and their customers) in the order they enrolled. It is used primarily for accumulating Qualifying Customer Sales Volume (QCSV), but is also used to determine eligibility for other bonuses.

Binary Tree: An organizational structure containing Promoters (and, for the purpose of Team Bonuses, their customers), separated into 2 legs. Each new Promoter who joins your organization will be permanently placed in either your Left Leg or Right Leg.

Commission Payout: If a Pay Period calculation is above the 50% maximum threshold, Retra reserves the right to reduce commissions, starting with the highest Ranks, until the total payout is at 50%.

Volume Flushing Rule: Promoters who enter Inactive status will have all accumulated Team Bonus Volume flushed if they do not reactivate their account within 30 days of entering Inactive status.

Yearly Carryover Volume: Your Pin Rank (the highest Rank you've ever achieved) determines how much TBV you can carry over into the next calendar year. If your TBV in either Leg exceeds the amounts listed below, it will be removed at the end of the last week of the year:

  • Promoter = 100,000 TBV
  • Regional Promoter & Senior Promoter = 250,000 TBV
  • Regional Manager, Senior Manager & Executive Manager = 500,000 TBV
  • Regional Director, Senior Director, Executive Director & National Director = 1,500,000 TBV
  • Ambassador = 3,000,000 TBV

In the Retra Compensation Plan, we refer to a few different types of Commissionable Volume (CV), which is based on a percentage of the sales price.

Personal Volume (PV): Volume accumulated in a calendar month when you purchase products for personal use (including SmartShip orders). You must have a minimum of 36 PV to be considered an Active Promoter.

Customer Sales Volume (CSV): Volume accumulated in a calendar month when a Retail or VIP Customer in your Enroller Tree purchases products. Qualifying Customer Sales Volume (QCSV) accumulates from the same product sales as CSV, but QCSV is calculated using the 50% Maximum per Leg rule. Each frontline Promoter counts as a Leg.

Team Bonus Volume (TBV): Volume accumulated weekly whenever a Promoter in your Binary Tree purchases products, including Starter Packs, SmartShips, product specials, and any one-time orders from their Back Office. See Team Bonus for more details.

Monthly Lesser Leg Volume (LLV): Volume accumulated in a calendar month whenever a Promoter in your Binary Tree purchases products, including Starter Packs, SmartShips, product specials, and any one-time orders from their Back Office. Your Lesser Leg is the smaller of your Left or Right Legs and is used in the calculation of Rank Volume.

Monthly Greater Leg Volume (GLV): Volume accumulated in a calendar month whenever a Promoter in your Binary Tree purchases products, including Starter Packs, SmartShips, product specials, and any one-time orders from their Back Office. Your Greater Leg is the bigger of your Left or Right Legs and is used as a rank requirement.

Rank Volume (RV): Volume accumulated in a calendar month which determines your eligibility for Rank advancements or re-qualification. Rank Volume is calculated by the addition of your Monthly Lesser Leg Volume, Qualifying Customer Volume, and Personal Volume.

At Retra, you can get paid up to 6 times per month via Weekly Pay and Monthly Pay.

Weekly Pay: A week runs from Monday at 12:00:00am to Sunday at 11:59:59pm U.S. Central Time. Any Personal Commissions, Direct Bonuses, Team Bonuses, and Sponsor Mentor Bonuses earned during a calendar week will be paid with the weekly commissions, on the Friday following the close of the week.

Monthly Pay: A month begins at 12:00:00am on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59:59pm U.S. Central Time on the last day of the month. Any Sales Group Bonuses, Generational Overrides, Rank Advancement Bonuses, Check Match Bonuses, and Rank Mentor Bonuses earned during a calendar month will be paid with the monthly commissions, on the 15th of the following month.

Rank advance to Regional Director and earn a percentage match of the Direct Bonus when you are the first leader at that rank above the Enroller.

7. Binary Bonus

Accumulate 300 TBV in each Leg of your Binary Tree and earn a $45 Team Bonus.

8. Check Match Bonus

Rank advance to Regional Manager and earn a percentage match of the Team Bonuses earned by the Promoters in your Enroller Tree.

9. Fast Start Bonus

Enroll 4 Promoters and earn double bonuses in your first 45 days.

10. Rank Advancement Bonus

Fulfill the qualifications for a Rank to earn a one-time Rank Bonus.

1. Retra Credits

Paid on the 1st of the following month.


Promoters and VIP Customers can participate in the most generous customer referral program in the industry.

For the first 2 VIP Customers who order in a calendar month, you will be paid 50% of the product value (excluding shipping and tax) in Retra Credits.

These Credits can be used to pay for Retra products only. Credits will be automatically applied to your SmartShip order, or you can apply them to any one-time order.

You may also convert your earned commissions to Retra Credits to purchase products. Please note: All transfers are final.

2. Personal Commissions

Paid every Friday.


Enroll a Retail or VIP Customer and earn 50% of the CV.


Your first 2 VIP Customer orders of each month will be paid in Retra Credits instead of Personal Commissions.

3. Customer Bonus Pool

Paid on the 15th of the following month.


Earn a share of 1% of CSV by qualifying for the Bronze, Silver & Gold Bonus Pools.

Qualify based on the total number of personal customers who order this month.

You can qualify for all 3 tiers.

4. Direct Bonus

Paid every Friday.


Earn 20% of the CV whenever a personally enrolled Promoter purchases a Starter Pack.


Promoters can purchase an unlimited number of Starter Packs during their first 45 days.

5. Sponsor Mentor Bonus

Paid every Friday.


Earn a percentage match of the Direct Bonus whenever a Promoter on your Level 2, 3, or 4 purchases a Starter Pack.


Level 2 = 30% match of the Direct Bonus

Level 3 = 20% match of the Direct Bonus

Level 4 = 10% match of the Direct Bonus

6. Rank Mentor Bonus

Paid on the 15th of the following month.


Earn a percentage match of the Direct Bonus by rank advancing to Regional Director or above.

Rank Mentor Bonuses are paid to the first upline (from the Enroller) who is qualified at the Ranks of Regional Director or above when a Promoter purchases a Starter Pack.

Rank Mentor Bonuses "roll-up" to the next qualified position where applicable.


Regional Director = 8% match of Direct Bonus

Senior Director = 8% match of Direct Bonus

Executive Director = 8% match of Direct Bonus

National Director = 8% match of Direct Bonus

Ambassador = 8% match of Direct Bonus

7. Team Bonus

Paid every Friday.


You will earn a $45 Team Bonus every time you accumulate 300 in Team Bonus Volume (TBV) in each Leg of your Binary Tree (a total of 600 TBV).

When a new Promoter enrolls, they will be permanently placed in either the Left Leg or Right Leg of your Binary Tree.

You accumulate Team Bonus Volume (TBV) every time a Promoter or customer purchases Retra products.

Excludes Promoter Starter Pack orders and customer orders that pay Retra Credits. 50% of the CV from customer orders will accumulate Team Bonus Volume. 


To be eligible to earn Team Bonuses, you must personally enroll a minimum of two Promoters and place one in each Leg of your Binary Tree.


Any unused TBV will carry over to the next week and does not expire.


Weekly Team Bonus Cap: The maximum amount you can earn per week in Team Bonuses = $25,000.

8. Check Match Bonus

Paid on the 15th of the following month.


Rank advance to Regional Manager or above to be eligible to earn this bonus.

Help the Promoters in your Enroller Tree to earn Team Bonuses and you will earn Check Match Bonuses.

Check Match Bonuses are paid as a percentage of the Team Bonuses that Promoters earn in the top levels of your Enroller Tree.

The percentage of the Check Match Bonus and the number of Levels you are eligible for is determined by your Rank.

9. Fast Start Bonus (HK only)

Paid the Friday following the expiration of your Fast Start Clock.


Enroll 4 or more Promoters (with a Starter Pack) in your first 45 days to receive Double Direct Bonuses and Double Sponsor Mentor Bonuses.

10. Rank Advancement Bonus

Paid on the 15th of the following month.


Every time you advance in rank, you will earn a one-time Rank Advancement Bonus.

Rank advancements and re-qualifications are based on Rank Volume (RV), which is calculated by the addition of 3 different types of volume in a calendar month:

Personal Volume (PV)Volume accumulated in a calendar month when you purchase products for personal use (including SmartShip orders).

Monthly Lesser Leg Volume (LLV) - The Leg of your Binary Tree containing the least amount of volume in a calendar month.

Qualifying Customer Sales Volume (QCSV) - The total volume accumulated from the customer orders in your Enroller Tree in a calendar month (50% maximum per leg).

Other rank requirements include:

Number of active, personally enrolled customers.

Number of active, personally enrolled Promoters in each leg of the Binary Tree.

Greater Leg Volume.

Number of Promoters qualified at specific ranks within the top 5 Levels of your Enroller Tree.


Promoters who enroll on or after the 15th of the month will carry their Rank Volume into the next full calendar month.
