What is my first step as Retra Promoter?

How long do I have to purchase a Starter Pack?

You can purchase as many Starter Packs as you like within your first 45 days as a Retra Promoter.

What is my first goal as a Retra Promoter?

Your first goal is to accomplish the GoRetra Bonuses, which will put you on a path to $450-1000 in income in your first 30 days.

How do I enroll a customer?

The simplest way is to visit your Retra replicated website and click SHOP.

Make sure you see your name at the top of the page. That's how you know you're logged out and not shopping for yourself.

There's also an ENROLL CUSTOMER button in your Back Office. You can find this by clicking the top right arrow.

How do I enroll a Promoter?

The simplest way is to visit your Retra replicated website, scroll to the footer, and click BECOME A PROMOTER.

There's also an ENROLL PROMOTER button in your Back Office. You can find this by clicking the top right arrow.

Social Marketing

Do I have to use social media to grow my business?

No. This is your business, so you can choose the best methods to grow it.

However, we recommend that you follow our first 5 posts.

What resources does Retra provide for building my business on social media?

R:ZIP

How many servings are in each canister/box?

Canister = 30 servings.

Box of single-serving bottles = 20 servings (US).

Box of sachets = 20 servings (Mexico & Hong Kong).

How much caffeine is in each serving?

There’s 150mg of guarana and green coffee bean per serving, but they contain more components than just caffeine.

They are also not as potent as synthetic caffeine and they metabolize at different rates, which is why our customers notice time-released energy, without any crash.

If I drink one serving per day, will my canister last 30 days?

It depends on how much powder you are using per scoop. We recommend filling the scoop 80% to ensure you receive at least 30 servings per canister.

Unfortunately, a perfect scoop size for each serving of R:ZIP does not exist. The best way to figure out if you're getting the appropriate serving size is to use a food scale.

A serving of Beach Vibe is 11g and serving of Berry Breeze and Sunrise Surge is 12g. The difference in weight is entirely due to the amount of natural flavoring used. The amounts of every other ingredient are identical.

What's the difference between the regular R:ZIP and the Caffeine Free version?

The formulas are identical, apart from two ingredients. Caffeine Free Beach Vibe contains NO guarana or green coffee bean.

Back Office

How do I change my binary tree placement preference?

Click on the TREES tab on you will see the option in the top right of the screen (on a laptop).

How do I get paid commissions?

We use I-Payout to pay commissions because the platform allows us to pay commissions in multiple countries.

You can set up an I-Payout account by clicking on the PROFILE tab, then COMMISSIONS ACCOUNT, then TAKE ME TO MY ACCOUNT.

Please note: the name on your account must exactly match the name on your government-issued ID. If this is not the case, please reach out to [email protected] before you click this button.

You can transfer commissions to your I-Payout account by clicking on the COMMISSIONS > MANAGE COMMISSIONS tab. Then, click I-PAYOUT ACCOUNT, enter the amount you would like to transfer, and then click TRANSFER.

When you click TRANSFER, your payment will be added to the next batch of commissions distributed to I-Payout. This process is not instant and could take 1-3 business days.

Once your funds appear in I-Payout, you can transfer them to your bank account. This process can be automated in I-Payout.

Where can I see my rank progress?

The simplest place to find it is on your Back Office dashboard.

My Customers

Do my VIP Customers have their own website?

Yes. We automatically generate a website for your VIP Customers upon enrollment. This is so they can refer other VIP Customers and participate in the referral program.

A VIP Customer can view their website link and update it on the PROFILE > WEBSITE/LOGIN tab.

How does the referral program work for VIP Customers?

It's the exact same program that we offer to Promoters.

They will earn 50% (of the product subtotal, excluding shipping and tax) in Retra Credits on the first 2 VIP Customers who order each month.

These credits are paid at the end of each month and will be automatically applied to next month's SmartShip order.

Can I offer discounts to my customers?

Yes. There are 2 different types of discounts that we offer, but they CANNOT be stacked.

VIP10 coupon code - This 10% discount can be applied to a new VIP Customer's first order only.
Buy 2 items and save 10% - This discount is automatically applied to ANY order that contains two or more items. This applies to all customers and Promoters, including SmartShip orders.

Do customers get the Ameriplan benefits?

VIP Customers will receive an email from Ameriplan with instructions regarding how to access the benefits they offer.

How does the 30-day money back guarantee work?

There are 3 steps your customer must follow to receive a refund:

Send an email to [email protected] letting them know they plan to return the product.
Send the canister containing the unused portion of the product to the address provided.
Once we receive the canister, we will issue a refund.

My Website

Can I change my web alias/username?

You can view your website link and update it on the PROFILE > WEBSITE/LOGIN tab.

Can I change the personal information that is displayed on my website?

Yes. You can update it on the PROFILE > WEB PROFILE tab.

SmartShips, Ordering & Shipping

When will my product be shipped?

Typically, orders placed after 11am will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays, regardless of which shipping option you choose.

How do I place a new order or update my SmartShip order?

To place a new order or set up a new SmartShip, click on the ORDERS > NEW ORDER tab.

To manage an existing SmartShip, click on the ORDERS > MANAGE SMARTSHIP tab.

What happens if I cancel my SmartShip?

For Promoters, you must have an active SmartShip order to maintain your place in the Single Line Tree. If you cancel your SmartShip, you will go to the bottom of the tree.

For US VIP Customers and Promoters, canceling your SmartShip order will also remove your Ameriplan benefits.
